EC System for Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components The IECEE, the Electrotechnical Equipment and Components Conformity Assessment System, is a multilateral certification system based on the international standards of the IEC. Its members use the principle of mutual recognition (reciprocal acceptance) of test results to obtain certification or approval at the national level worldwide. The IECEE schemes address the safety, quality, efficiency and overall performance of components, devices and equipment for homes, offices, workshops and health care facilities, among others. In total, IECEE covers 22 categories of electrical and electronic equipment and testing services.

Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) is an autarchy linked to the Ministry of Health, which is part of the Brazilian National Health System (SUS) as coordinator of the Brazilian Health Regulatory System (SNVS), present throughout the national territory.
